So, what is caseinatos?

Caseinates are food ingredients derived from casein, the primary protein found in milk. They are commonly added to a wide range of processed foods due to their excellent emulsifying properties, which help to improve texture, stability and shelf life. Caseinates can be made from different types of milk, including cow, goat or sheep milk, and can come in various forms such as sodium caseinate or calcium caseinate. In addition to their functional benefits, caseinates are also a source of high-quality protein, making them popular among athletes and bodybuilders who use them to support muscle growth and recovery.
