So, what is chicken skins?
Chicken skins are the outermost layer of the chicken, full of rich flavor and crispy texture. They consist of a thin layer of fat and connective tissue that helps keep the meat juicy during cooking. Chicken skins can be used in a variety of ways, including as a crunchy snack or a flavorful addition to soups, stews, and casseroles. When cooked properly, they become a salty, savory treat that is hard to resist. However, they should be consumed in moderation due to their high fat content.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
