So, what is ciboules?
Ciboules, also known as spring onions or scallions, are a type of allium vegetable that have mild onion flavor and are commonly used in various cuisines around the world. They have long green stalks with small white bulbs at the base, and are often used both raw and cooked in salads, soups, stir-fries, and other dishes. Ciboules are rich in vitamins A and C, as well as minerals like potassium and calcium. Their delicate yet savory taste makes them a popular addition to many dishes, and their crisp texture adds a satisfying crunch.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
