So, what is crustacès?

Crustacès is a French term used to refer to crustaceans, which are a type of sea creature with an exoskeleton and segmented body. This ingredient includes a variety of commonly consumed seafood items such as shrimp, crabs, lobsters, and crayfish. Crustacès provide a rich source of protein, vitamins, and minerals like calcium, zinc, and iodine that help maintain healthy bones, muscles, and overall well-being. They can be cooked in a variety of ways, including grilling, boiling, frying and baking, and are frequently incorporated into dishes like paella, bisque, and sushi rolls.
