So, what is rebozuelos?
Rebozuelos, also known as horn of plenty mushrooms, are a type of wild mushroom commonly found in Europe and North America. These mushrooms have a trumpet-like shape with a hollow stem and a cap that flares out at the top. Rebozuelos have a unique flavor profile, which is described as nutty, earthy, and slightly sweet. They are versatile and can be used in a variety of dishes, including soups, sauces, and sautés. These mushrooms are highly prized in the culinary world for their taste, texture, and visual appeal, making them a popular ingredient in high-end restaurants and home kitchens alike.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
