So, what is sinapinsiemen?
Sinapinsiemen, also known as mustard seeds, are tiny, round seeds that come from the mustard plant. They have a pungent and slightly bitter flavor, which is commonly used to add depth and spice to various dishes, including pickles, curries, and salad dressings. Sinapinsiemen come in different colors, ranging from yellowish-white to dark brown, depending on the type of mustard plant they are sourced from. They are often toasted or ground before use to enhance their flavor and aroma. Sinapinsiemen are also known for their potential health benefits, as they contain compounds that have anti-inflammatory and antioxidant properties.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
