So, what is sultanines?
Sultanines are a type of dried grape that are known for their distinct sweetness and rich, fruity flavor. These raisins are made from the seedless grapes of the sultana variety, which are allowed to dry naturally in the sun or through artificial means such as ovens or dehydrators. The resulting sultanines are smaller and darker than regular raisins, with a chewy texture and a deep, caramelized taste. They are commonly used in baking, particularly in fruitcakes, breads, and other sweet treats, and can also be enjoyed on their own as a healthy and delicious snack.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
