So, what is zanahorias?
Zanahorias, also known as carrots, are a root vegetable that is widely used in cooking and enjoyed for their crunchy texture and sweet, earthy flavor. They come in a variety of colors, from traditional orange to white, yellow, and even purple. Carrots are an excellent source of beta-carotene, which is converted to vitamin A in the body and important for maintaining healthy eyesight. Additionally, they are rich in fiber, antioxidants, and other essential vitamins and minerals. Whether roasted, boiled, or shredded raw into salads, zanahorias add color, flavor, and nutrition to any dish.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
