So, what is aromates et épice?
"Aromates et épices" is a French term used to describe a diverse range of herbs and spices that are used to add flavor and aroma to dishes. Aromates, also known as "herbes aromatiques," are typically fresh or dried herbs such as thyme, rosemary, and basil, while épices refer to dried spices like cinnamon, cumin, and paprika. These ingredients are essential in the creation of complex and delicious flavors in a variety of cuisines, from Mediterranean to Indian. Aromates et épices not only enhance the taste of food, but they also have numerous health benefits due to their antioxidant and anti-inflammatory properties.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
