So, what is arome fume?
Arome fume, also known as liquid smoke, is a highly concentrated flavoring agent used in cooking and food processing. It is created by burning hardwood chips or sawdust and capturing the resulting smoke, which is then condensed into a liquid form. Arome fume has a strong, smoky flavor and is commonly used in barbecue sauces, marinades, and meat products to enhance their flavor and aroma. It is a popular ingredient among vegans and vegetarians as it can be used to add a smoky flavor to plant-based foods, such as tofu and tempeh, without actually using meat. A small amount of arome fume can go a long way in adding a rich, complex flavor to dishes.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
