So, what is azijnzuur?
Azijnzuur is a colorless liquid with a pungent odor and a sour taste, commonly known as acetic acid. It is a natural component of vinegar, formed by the oxidation of ethanol in fermented foods. Azijnzuur is widely used in the food industry as a preservative, flavor enhancer, and pH regulator. It is also used in the production of various condiments, such as pickles, ketchup, and mustard, as well as in the preparation of salad dressings and sauces. Additionally, azijnzuur has numerous industrial applications, including the production of solvents, plastics, and textiles.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
