So, what is bifidus longum?
Bifidus Longum is a type of beneficial bacteria commonly found in the human gastrointestinal tract. It belongs to the family of Bifidobacterium, which are known for their probiotic properties. This bacterium helps to support a healthy gut flora by promoting the growth of other beneficial bacteria and inhibiting the growth of harmful ones. It has been found to be particularly effective in reducing the symptoms of gastrointestinal disorders, such as irritable bowel syndrome, and may also have immune-boosting effects. Bifidus Longum is often used as an ingredient in probiotic supplements and foods like yogurt, kefir, and other fermented products.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
