So, what is billfish?
Billfish are a group of predatory fish found in the open ocean. They are characterized by their long bills, which are used to catch prey such as squid and small fish. Billfish are highly prized by sport fishermen for their speed and acrobatic jumps. There are several different species of billfish, including marlin, sailfish, and swordfish, each with its own unique characteristics. In addition to being a popular game fish, billfish are also an important commercial fishery, with their meat being used for food and their bills and fins used for decoration.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
