So, what is bột mì?
Bột mì, also known as wheat flour in English, is a finely ground powder made from the milling of wheat grains. This versatile ingredient serves as a staple in many cuisines around the world and can be used to prepare a vast array of dishes such as bread, cakes, pasta, noodles, and more. Its gluten content gives it elasticity when mixed with water, making it ideal for baking. Bột mì comes in various grades and types, including all-purpose, bread flour, cake flour, and pastry flour, each with unique properties that make them suitable for specific recipes.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
