So, what is cachi?
Cachi, also known as persimmon, is a versatile and nutritious fruit that is native to China but now grown in many parts of the world. It has a slightly sweet flavor and a unique texture that can be enjoyed fresh, dried, or cooked. Cachi is an excellent source of vitamins A and C, fiber, and antioxidants, making it a great addition to any diet. It can be used in a variety of dishes, from salads and smoothies to baked goods and jams, and its vibrant orange color adds a pop of visual interest to any recipe.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
