So, what is cetriolini?
Cetriolini, also known as cornichons or gherkins, are small pickled cucumbers that are crispy, tangy, and slightly sweet. These little delights are traditionally made from baby cucumbers that are pickled in vinegar and flavored with a variety of herbs and spices such as dill, mustard seeds, and garlic. They can be enjoyed as a snack, added to sandwiches or salads, or served alongside charcuterie boards and cheeses. Cetriolini are low in calories and high in vitamin K and fiber, making them a healthy and flavorful addition to any dish.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
