So, what is chilipeber?

Chilipeber, also known as chili pepper in English, is a small, spicy fruit that is used to add heat and flavor to a variety of dishes. It is native to Central and South America, but is now cultivated all over the world. Chilipeber comes in many different shapes, sizes, colors, and levels of spiciness, with some varieties being mild and others extremely hot. The active compound in chilipeber that gives it its signature heat is called capsaicin. In addition to adding flavor and heat to food, chilipeber has been used for centuries for its medicinal properties, such as pain relief and boosting metabolism.
