So, what is culturi lactice selectionate?
"Culturi lactice selectionate" is a term used to describe selected strains of lactic acid bacteria used in the production of fermented foods. These bacteria are carefully chosen for their ability to enhance the flavor, texture, and nutritional value of the food they are added to. The selection process involves screening for specific traits such as acid tolerance, ability to metabolize sugars, and production of desirable compounds like lactic acid and flavor compounds. Culturi lactice selectionate are commonly used in the production of dairy products like yogurt, cheese, and kefir, as well as in the fermentation of vegetables, pickles, and other fermented foods.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
