So, what is cynorrhodon?
Cynorrhodon, commonly known as rose hip, is the fruit that develops on the wild rose plant. The small, round or oval-shaped fruits are typically bright red or orange and have a tangy, slightly sweet taste. Rich in vitamin C and antioxidants, cynorrhodon has long been used in traditional medicine to help boost the immune system, fight inflammation, and promote healthy skin. The fruit can be enjoyed fresh, or dried and used in teas, jams, syrups, and other culinary creations. With its unique flavor and health benefits, cynorrhodon is a versatile ingredient that adds both flavor and nutrition to a variety of dishes.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
