So, what is d'églantier?
D'églantier, also known as rosehip, is a small, round fruit that grows on wild roses. It has a vibrant red color and a slightly tart flavor, similar to that of cranberries. Rich in vitamin C, d'églantier is often used to make teas, jams, and syrups. The fruit is also used in traditional medicine to boost the immune system, reduce inflammation, and relieve symptoms of arthritis. D'églantier can be found in various forms, including dried, fresh, and powdered, and it adds a unique flavor and nutritional value to a wide range of dishes.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
