So, what is de l-carnitine?
De L-carnitine is a naturally occurring amino acid derivative that plays a crucial role in energy metabolism. It helps transport fatty acids into the mitochondria, where they are burned to produce ATP - the body's primary source of energy. While our bodies can synthesize L-carnitine from other amino acids, some people may need to supplement with it due to certain health conditions or dietary restrictions. De L-carnitine supplements can potentially enhance exercise performance, aid in weight loss, and improve brain function. However, more research is needed to determine its effectiveness for these purposes.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
