So, what is de thé noir?
"De thé noir" is a French term that translates to "black tea" in English, and refers to a type of tea that is more oxidized than green, white, or oolong tea. Black tea is made from the leaves of the Camellia sinensis plant and is known for its robust and full-bodied flavor, with notes that can range from malty and earthy to floral and fruity. Black tea also contains caffeine, theobromine, and other compounds that may offer health benefits such as improved focus, energy, and heart health. Black tea is commonly used in tea blends and is a staple in many cultures around the world.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
