So, what is dinkelmehl?
Dinkelmehl, also known as spelt flour, is a nutritious and ancient grain flour that has been used for centuries in many parts of the world. This flour is made from grinding spelt, a type of grain that is closely related to wheat but with a nuttier flavor and a tougher husk. Dinkelmehl is high in protein and fiber, and also contains essential vitamins and minerals like iron, magnesium, and B vitamins. Due to its unique flavor and texture, dinkelmehl is often used in baking bread, cakes, and pastries, and can also be used as a healthier alternative to regular wheat flour.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
