So, what is eneldo?
Eneldo, also known as dill, is a popular herb with feathery green leaves that impart a delicate, yet distinctively fresh flavor to dishes. The plant is a member of the parsley family and is native to the Mediterranean and southern Russia. It is commonly used in Scandinavian, Russian, and Eastern European cuisines to add a tangy flavor to dishes like pickles, soups, and sauces. Eneldo is also used in Mediterranean dishes, particularly in Greek and Turkish cuisines, as a seasoning for fish, vegetables, and rice dishes. Its health benefits include aiding digestion, boosting immunity, and reducing inflammation.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
