So, what is glukonan železnatý?
Glukonan železnatý, also known as iron gluconate, is a food additive commonly used to fortify foods with iron. It is a white powder that dissolves easily in water and has a slightly sweet taste. Iron gluconate is derived from gluconic acid, which is naturally found in fruits and vegetables. It is ideal for use in food products such as baby food, breakfast cereals, and energy bars, where additional iron is required. Iron is essential for the production of hemoglobin, which carries oxygen in the blood, and for overall health and wellbeing.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
