So, what is glukosepulver?
Glukosepulver, also known as glucose powder, is a type of sugar derived from corn starch. It has a fine, white and powdery texture that dissolves easily in water or any liquid. Glucose powder is often used as a sweetener in food and beverage products due to its mild sweetness and ability to enhance flavors. It is also commonly used in baking as it helps to improve the structure and texture of baked goods. Additionally, glucose powder plays an important role in energy metabolism, making it a popular ingredient in sports drinks and supplements.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
