So, what is glukoza?
Glukoza, also known as glucose, is a simple sugar that is naturally present in many fruits, vegetables, and plants. It is a vital source of energy for the body's cells and is an essential component of many important biological processes. Glukoza is commonly used as a food ingredient to sweeten products and enhance their texture, as well as in sports drinks and energy bars to provide quick energy for athletes. It is also used in the production of various food additives and as a base for the production of high-fructose corn syrup. Despite its many uses, excessive consumption of glukoza can have negative health effects and should be consumed in moderation.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
