So, what is goat cheese?
Goat cheese, also known as chèvre, is a tangy and creamy cheese made from goat's milk. It has a distinct flavor that can range from mild to pungent depending on the age and processing method. Goat cheese can be enjoyed on its own or used in various dishes, such as salads, pizzas, and pasta. Its crumbly texture makes it easy to sprinkle on top of dishes or to spread onto crackers or bread. Goat cheese is also a good source of protein, calcium, and vitamin D, making it a nutritious addition to any diet.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
