So, what is guarana-extrakt?

Guarana-extract is a natural food ingredient derived from the seeds of the Guarana plant, which is native to the Amazon basin in South America. The extract is a potent source of caffeine, with approximately twice the amount found in coffee beans. Besides caffeine, guarana extract also contains theophylline and theobromine, two compounds that stimulate the central nervous system and have potential health benefits. This ingredient is commonly used in energy drinks, supplements, and weight loss products due to its stimulating effects. In addition to providing a boost of energy, guarana extract has also been linked to improved cognitive function and increased fat metabolism.
