Jagody are small, flavorful berries that grow in the wild throughout Poland. Also known as bilberries or European blueberries, jagody have a tart and sweet taste that pairs well with many dishes. These dark blue-purple berries are packed with antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals, making them a healthy addition to any diet. Jagody can be eaten fresh or cooked into jams, preserves, and desserts. They also make a delicious addition to smoothies and yogurt bowls.
