So, what is kaliumkloridi?
Kaliumkloridi, also known as potassium chloride, is a naturally occurring mineral salt that is used primarily as a food additive and supplement. It has a slightly bitter taste and is often used as a substitute for regular table salt. Kaliumkloridi plays an important role in maintaining fluid balance and regulating blood pressure in the body. In addition to being used in food, it is also commonly used in medical settings to treat potassium deficiency and heart conditions. Despite its benefits, excessive intake of kaliumkloridi can pose health risks, so it should be consumed in moderation.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
