So, what is karbondioksit?
Karbondioksit, also known as carbon dioxide, is a colorless, odorless gas that occurs naturally in the Earth's atmosphere. It is produced by living organisms during respiration and by combustion of fossil fuels. In the food industry, karbondioksit is used as a leavening agent to enhance the texture and volume of baked goods. It is also used as a preservative to extend the shelf life of packaged foods. Additionally, karbondioksit is commonly used in sparkling beverages to provide carbonation. However, it can pose a health hazard in high concentrations, making proper handling and storage necessary.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
