So, what is karnaubský vosk?

Karnaubský vosk, also known as carnauba wax, is a natural wax derived from the leaves of the carnauba palm tree native to Brazil. It is a hard, yellowish-brown wax that is widely used in food, pharmaceuticals, cosmetics, and industrial applications. In food, karnaubský vosk is often used as a coating or glaze on candy, fruit, and baked goods to enhance their appearance, improve their texture, and prolong their shelf life. Due to its high melting point and resistance to water, it is also used in coatings for capsules and tablets in pharmaceuticals. Additionally, karnaubský vosk is commonly used in the manufacture of car wax, shoe polish, and other industrial products.
