So, what is kaurakuitu?
Kaurakuitu is a Finnish term that refers to oat bran, a highly nutritious food ingredient. Oat bran is the outer layer of the oat grain and contains a high concentration of fiber, vitamins, minerals, and antioxidants. It has been shown to help lower cholesterol levels, regulate blood sugar, and improve digestion. Kaurakuitu can be added to a variety of dishes such as bread, muffins, smoothies, or sprinkled on top of cereal for an extra fiber boost. Its nutty flavor and texture make it a delicious and healthy addition to any meal.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
