So, what is koruza?
Koruza, also known as maize or corn, is a widely cultivated cereal grain that is rich in carbohydrates, fiber, and essential nutrients. It has been a staple food for many cultures for thousands of years, and its versatility makes it a popular ingredient in various cuisines around the world. Koruza can be cooked in a variety of ways, such as boiling, roasting, or grinding into flour, and can be used to make dishes like tortillas, tamales, popcorn, and polenta. This gluten-free grain is an excellent source of energy and can be enjoyed as a snack or incorporated into meals for added nutrition.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
