So, what is kvarg?
Kvarg is a creamy, high-protein dairy product that originates from Scandinavia. With its silky smooth texture and tangy flavor, it is similar to Greek yogurt but has a lower fat content. Kvarg is made by straining the whey from cultured milk, resulting in a denser and more concentrated product. It can be enjoyed on its own, as a substitute for sour cream or cream cheese in recipes, or mixed with fruit and granola for a healthy breakfast or snack. Kvarg's popularity has been on the rise in recent years due to its nutritional benefits and versatility in cooking.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
