So, what is l-leucyna?
L-leucine is an essential amino acid that plays a vital role in protein synthesis and muscle growth. It is one of the three branched-chain amino acids (BCAAs) and is found in high concentrations in many animal-based protein sources such as beef, chicken, and fish. L-leucine is also commonly used as a dietary supplement for bodybuilding and athletic performance, as it can help increase muscle protein synthesis and aid in muscle recovery. Additionally, L-leucine has been shown to have potential benefits for individuals with certain medical conditions such as liver disease, diabetes, and obesity.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
