So, what is l. rhamnosus?
L. rhamnosus is a type of lactic acid bacteria that is commonly found in the human gut. This probiotic strain has been extensively studied for its health benefits, including improving digestive health, boosting immunity, and even reducing the risk of certain types of infections. L. rhamnosus has been shown to survive stomach acid and bile, allowing it to colonize the intestines and provide its health benefits. It can be found in certain fermented foods, such as yogurt and kefir, or taken as a dietary supplement in capsule or powder form.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
