So, what is la curcumine?
La curcumine is a potent, naturally occurring compound that imparts a bright yellow color to foods and has been used in traditional medicine for centuries. It is extracted from the root of the turmeric plant, which is native to India and Southeast Asia. Curcumin has shown promise in reducing inflammation, improving brain function, and fighting cancer cells in laboratory studies. It is often added to foods as a natural coloring agent and may have potential health benefits when consumed in small amounts. However, more research is needed to fully understand its effects on human health.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
