So, what is linaseemned?
Linaseemned, also known as flaxseeds, are small, brown-colored seeds that come from the flax plant. These tiny powerhouses are packed with nutrients and have been used for centuries in traditional medicine for their health benefits. Linaseemned are an excellent source of omega-3 fatty acids, fiber, lignans, and antioxidants. They have a nutty flavor and can be added to a variety of dishes, such as smoothies, yogurt, oatmeal, or baked goods. Incorporating linaseemned into your diet may help improve digestion, lower cholesterol levels, reduce inflammation, and promote healthy skin and hair.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
