So, what is marjat?
Marjat is a Finnish word for berries, which are small, colorful, and succulent fruits that grow wildly in the forests of Finland. These tiny flavor bombs are rich in antioxidants, vitamins, and fiber, making them a healthy addition to any diet. Marjat range from sweet-sour lingonberries to juicy blueberries, cranberries, raspberries, and other Nordic delicacies. They can be enjoyed fresh, frozen, or dried, as well as used in jams, jellies, pies, smoothies, and other culinary creations. Marjat are not only delicious but also a cultural treasure that reflects the purity and diversity of Finnish nature.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
