So, what is melkeiwitten?
Melkeiwitten, also known as milk proteins, are the essential building blocks of milk. They consist of two main types of proteins: casein and whey. Casein makes up about 80% of the total protein content in milk, while whey makes up the remaining 20%. Melkeiwitten are an excellent source of essential amino acids that are necessary for the growth and maintenance of muscles and other tissues in the body.
