So, what is mikrobielles lab?
Mikrobielles Lab is a natural coagulant used in cheese-making. It is derived from microorganisms, usually a specific strain of bacteria, and helps to separate the curd from the whey in milk. Unlike traditional animal-based rennet, mikrobielles lab is suitable for vegetarians and is also more consistent in its performance. This ingredient is commonly used in the production of soft and hard cheeses, as well as in yogurt and other dairy products. Its effectiveness can vary based on the type of cheese being made and the specific strain of bacteria used to produce it.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
