So, what is natriumacetaat?
Natriumacetaat, also known as sodium acetate, is a white crystalline powder with a salty taste. It is the sodium salt of acetic acid and is commonly used as a food preservative and flavoring agent. Natriumacetaat has antimicrobial properties and is used in a variety of processed foods, including meats, snacks, and condiments. It is also used in the production of pickles and in the seasoning of potato chips. In addition to its culinary applications, natriumacetaat is used in the textile industry as a dyeing agent and in the pharmaceutical industry as a buffering agent.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
