So, what is oester?
Oester, also known as oysters, are a type of shellfish that are highly prized for their unique taste and texture. These bivalve mollusks are found in oceans and estuaries around the world and can be eaten raw or cooked in various dishes. Oesters are rich in protein, vitamins, minerals, and omega-3 fatty acids. They have a briny flavor with a hint of sweetness, and their firm yet tender flesh has a slightly chewy texture. Oysters are commonly served on half shells with lemon wedges, cocktail sauce, or mignonette sauce.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
