So, what is orange?
Oranges are a versatile and refreshing fruit that belongs to the citrus family. The round fruit comes with a thick, leathery skin that is often bright orange in color. Inside, the orange is segmented, with juicy, sweet flesh and a few seeds. Oranges are rich in vitamin C, which makes them an excellent immune-boosting ingredient in recipes. They are also a good source of fiber, potassium, and folate. Oranges can be enjoyed in a variety of ways, from eating them fresh as a snack to using their zest or juice to add a burst of flavor to savory or sweet dishes.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
