So, what is oxygene?

Oxygene, also known as oxygen, is a colorless, odorless, and tasteless gas that is essential for life on Earth. It is the third-most abundant element in the universe and makes up about 21% of the Earth's atmosphere. Oxygene is a highly reactive element and is essential for cellular respiration in all living organisms. It is also used in a variety of industrial processes, including steel production, water treatment, and medical applications. Oxygene is typically obtained by fractional distillation of air and can be stored and transported in compressed gas cylinders.

How to quickly find the source of ingredients like oxygene?

We've built a database of 49359 ingredients (and growing), classified as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "maybe vegan".

We use it in our vegan ingredients scanner, which is the best way to avoid non-vegan ingredients - you take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
