So, what is paprika powder?
Paprika powder is a bright red spice made from dried and ground sweet bell peppers. It's a common ingredient in many cuisines, including Hungarian, Spanish, and Mexican. Paprika powder has a slightly sweet and smoky flavor, with a mild heat that ranges from barely detectable to moderately spicy. It's often used as a garnish or seasoning for meats, vegetables, and soups, and can add both color and flavor to dishes. Paprika powder is also rich in vitamins A and C, making it a healthy addition to any meal.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
