So, what is paranüsse?
Paranüsse, also known as Brazil nuts, are large and flavorful nuts that are native to the Amazon rainforest in South America. They are a rich source of protein, healthy fats, fiber, and several essential minerals such as selenium, magnesium, and phosphorus. These nuts have a creamy and buttery texture with a slightly sweet taste, making them a popular ingredient in many recipes, including baked goods, desserts, and savory dishes. Due to their nutrient density and unique flavor, paranüsse are often touted for their potential health benefits, including improved heart health, reduced inflammation, and better brain function.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
