So, what is partially skimmed milk?
Partially skimmed milk is a dairy product that has been processed to remove some of the milk fat. This leaves a product that is lower in fat than whole milk but higher in fat than skim milk. Partially skimmed milk retains many of the nutrients found in whole milk, including calcium, vitamin D, and protein. It also has a slightly thinner consistency than whole milk, making it a popular choice for those who prefer a lighter milk option. With its balanced flavor and versatility in cooking and baking, partially skimmed milk is a staple ingredient in many kitchens.
We've built a vegan ingredients scanner that classifies food ingredients as "vegan", "non-vegan", or "potentially vegan".
It allows you to avoid non-vegan ingredients - just take a picture of a product's ingredient list, and the app tells you if the product is vegan or not.
